
I forgot to add that despite her early skepticism about that so called "Santa" dude, the more She became convinced that for some reason the guy was planning on giving presents, the more She interested She became. She was even excited to go to the hospital and see the big guy. She wasn't the least bit scared when we got there and She saw him in person, in all his red faux-velvet glory. She went right up to him and offered Her favorite festive greeting.
"Happy 'Ween!"
She sat on the lap. She solemnly swore She was a good girl. She thanked him profusely for the elfin gift that was bestowed upon Her for Her bravery. And She came back a second time, when the other kids had left.
There was holiday music playing over the intercom, and so, naturally, She asked him to dance.
He did.
