minus Y, plus X

So far Uncle Sam is too scared of our bulging biceps for us to have a showdown and pull his beard till he agrees to send J back to us. BUT, in the meantime, my mom has flown in to make us feel better by turning the place into a great big girl party! Now, we still miss J just as much as ever. I mean not even my mom can Fox-in-Socks it like he can. But we are pretty darn excited to get a little Spice Girls and girl-power it up with Grandma for a while. My poor dog is feeling pretty overwhelmed with XX chromosomes around here. But Little One and I have noticed that Grandma lets us go shopping and turn the thermostat up as far as we want. So as much as we miss J, for the moment we've decided that all these X's add up to par-T.
