This the the "in the hospital" installment of my Little One exhibit.
Pieces are titled, in this order: Napping in the bassinet thing, all bundled up, dressed up to go home, and with her happy parents right before leaving.
Little One didn't seem particularly impressed by this transition, but as someone who has spent well over a decade looking after other people's kids (and falling totally in love with every single one), the concept that I was actually about to get to take one home, and actually keep her, like, forever, was just so amazing that later it would cause a reckless over-use of italics when writing about it.
